ADLSAT is uniquely poised to become a leading provider of broadband internet access via satellite to consumers and businesses in the developing world.
Vision
ADLSAT along with its global partners has teamed up with engineers and pioneers in the VSAT industry to deliver 2-way broadband internet access via satellite to Africa, Asia, Middle East, and the Sub-Continent of India. The driving factors behind the planned deployment of this increasingly popular and cost-effective technology were the following:
- A flourishing new generation of computer literate people demanding faster Internet connections worldwide.
- The significant improvements in data transmissions that has made broadband satellite Internet access more usable and effective.
- The significant market potential the targeted regions represent due in part to their geographical make up that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive to service with a terrestrial wired infrastructure.
- The ubiquitous nature and logistical benefits this technology has over terrestrial wired networks in providing access in and around mountainous, rural regions.
- Operating and maintenance costs are comparable if not lower than wired landline connections (e.g., ADSL, fiber optic cable) while delivering an equally comparable level of quality and service.
We believe ADLST will become a major contender in the market for providing 2-way broadband internet access via satellite to the developing world. However, the success of this project will hinge of the following factors:
Management. ADLSAT will leverage the collective expertise of its management team that includes members with distinguished backgrounds in Telecommunications and Information Technology, among other fields, to plan and oversee the successful deployment of this technology.
Local partnerships. ADLSAT will establish long-term relationships with local resellers and ISP providers who represent the “gateways” through which the service be delivered.
Investment community ADLSAT is providing investment opportunities for corporations and individuals alike who will fund the various infrastructure and administrative-related aspects of the project, such as securing contracts with satellite operators and the acquisition of equipment, and ultimately realize positive, risk-adjusted returns over the short and long-term.
